  We have chosen to use Securetrading and Paypal as our payment processors, enabling us to recieve payments in the following forms: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or directly from the customers Paypal account balance.

• POSTAGE RATES AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

  We currently deliver all over the United Kingdwom, Europe and Rest of the World using Royal Mail, APC Couriers and Fedex. We have different services you can choose from and operate a very efficient service to dispatch your order. For our US customers we operate a Fedex 48 hour service meaning your items will probably be with you quicker than using USPS. 

  All our orders are shipped from the UK and the following rates apply:

   

  UK Standard Service: £3.29 (Royal Mail)
  Delivery time: 5 to 7 working days. This service includes Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.
  
  UK Priority Service Recorded Delivery: £4.99 (Royal Mail)
  Delivery time: 2 to 3 working days. This service includes Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.
  
  Next Day Delivery: £7.50 (Royal Mail Special Delivery)
  This service is available for UK (including Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands) deliveries only and requires a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that Next Day Deliveries can be delivered between 9am and 7pm.
  Please Note: Whilst we make every effort to get your order out on the same day, if you place it after midday there is a possibility that it will be sent the following day. In addition, orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
  
  Europe: £8.95
  Delivery time: 7 to 10 working days.
  
  Rest of the World: £15.00
  Delivery time: 10 to 14 working days.
   

  We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt, subject to order confirmation and clearance of funds.

  Any order received Monday to Friday after 1pm (UK time) will be despatched the following day. Orders received over weekends will be despatched on Monday.

  Our primary aim is to make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Sometimes you may order something that is not immediately available. When this happens you will receive written confirmation of your order and an expected delivery date.

• RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  Simply try our products for at least 20 days. If you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - return the product to us within the 10 days for a complete refund less shipping fees.

  A contract between you and Salcura Skincare for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside of our control, you have not received that email.
   

  Use of promotional codes



  From time to time we send promotional discount codes to reward our best customers, and to entice new customers to purchase from Salcura Skincare. 

Each voucher code will have its own specific terms, for example when it is valid from and until, and what discount or offer it provides you.  However, general terms for the use of voucher codes are:


  - They are not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or on sale items


  - They cannot be used to purchase gift cards or gift vouchers


  - They are only available for your sole use and shouldn’t be passed on to third parties (unless we tell you it’s ok!)


  - They are not valid in our stores or concessions (unless we tell you they are)

  Cancellation Rights

  

You may cancel the contract between you and Salcura Skincare for any reason upon giving written notice to Salcura Skincare within 7 days of the date of the contract.
  If you cancel within this time you will be refunded any payments made in full.
  You will be required to return to Salcura Skincare any products sent to you under any contract you have cancelled.
  The products must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
