As some of our most loyal customers may have already noticed - we have been super busy over the last few weeks. Which unfortunately has resulted in us sometimes not being as available as we normally are via phone, chat or email - we are very sorry!
To be able to keep up with all our aspirations, your requests and everything in between, we have changed our business a little bit. We have decided to partner up with a great company called Haul & Store, who are going to help us with the shipping of all of our parcels, both in the UK as well as the rest of the world. So if you see their name pop up in your order confirmation - you know why!
Additionally, we are opening a new Sales & Marketing office in a lovely location in Putney, London. Don't worry, not one of those flashy expensive offices, just a great little office that will allow us to continue supporting and helping our customers in the best way possible.
